Damaged vehicle when PUSHED OFF TRAILER.

Driver damaged vehicle when offloading the car.
Carrier was paid on delivery for picking up a running car and delivering a non running car.
Driver told me he pushed the car off the trailer and didnt tell me the tailpipes hit the trailer frame and destroyed the pipes.
The carrier referrede to their insurance carrier after cashing my check after 2 days and refused to pay for damages.
The insurance carrier told me that the carrier is responsible for paying all damages under their deductible.
$1400 damage to my car amd they wont pay a dime.
DONT USE THEM.
