I selected Express Auto Transport based on my Dealer's recommendation from a prior experience he had. I was a little apprehension about the whole auto transport idea based on reading various reviews. Because of business issue I could not drive the vehicle from IL to CA so my only ooption was to transport.
We made arrangement on a Friday, they ppicked it up on the next Friday and it was delivered way ahead of scheudule (okay with me!). They guaranteed ten day delivery but after I called just after pick up they told me it would be Monday - just three days.
The people who answered the phone were excellent and pleasant.
When I checked on status, the lady actually put me on hold and called the driver directly. I call that up to the second information.
When I arranged the tranpsort they made me aware that they were going to contract the haul. The dealer watch the pickup and loading and I know it was the same truck on delivery.
Fully enclosed with hardwood floors and carpet. Car was driven into the trailer, covered and sealed up.
The driver (from Finish Line Transport) called me on Sunday evening and arranged for a morning drop off. Monday morning he called at the exact time we discussed the night before and everything went real smooth.
He had said that he didn't have alot of time to look the car over when he picked it up but he pointed out things I hard a hard time seeing when he dropped it off.
I am satisfied with the experience.
