Jerry,
We greatly apologize you experienced issues with communication regarding your driver. We require that each and every carrier contact the customer within 24 hours to set up pick-up and again the same process at delivery. We will be sure to note your concerns and if necessary choose another driver in the future that will understand the importance of meeting these requirements.
