This was our first experience using a transport company. I found my first contact, Andrew, to be very courteous and informatiive. I checked with other transport companies and came back to Express Auto based on that first interaction. Kelly was our next contact. Kelly was very professional and informative and did a very good job getting a transport company setup right away. The first transporter fell through, however, Kelly worked very diligently to get another transporter assigned (Schade Trucking). Mr. Schade contacted us several times to let us know the status of our shipment. The driver for Schade Trucking was also very courteous.
