After confirming the shipping fees with a male representative of your company, I was assigned to Tanyia. After several attempts to reach her failed, I contacted Maria K and was kept up to date on the where abouts of my motorcycle during the process of when it was to be picked up, where it was while in transport, and finally a personal call to inform me of it's arrival in National City to be placed on a ship for transport to Hawaii. Maria K was a pleasent person to deal with and was truely a fine representative of your shipping company. Because she made me feel that I was a valued customer, I will be using, and reccomending your services to others. Thank you,
