Ice and snow, no problem!

With the economy as bad as it is, it took only 10 days to pick up the car. ( I was expecting longer because... read on)
I had called another company to ship out a car two years ago from Mich. to Calif, and after two weeks, the car wasn't picked up. This really made me angry because the company didn't even call me to let me know of the progress or retuen my many calls!! I ended up calling another carrier.

This time I looked on E-BAY to see what carriers they recommend to ship out cars.
I called Express Auto Transport.they were the least expensive.
I was called by my rep. Mike W. several times to keep me updated.
On Friday the 5th of Dec. the driver, Daniel called me to give me a five hour advanced notice of when he would pick up the car. He was GREAT!! He told me that he would deliver the mercedes by Wed. Well, he delived it a day early!! (THis was really surprising because it had snowed and the roads were coverd with ice.) My father was surprised to get a call a day ahead of time.
IT WAS DELIVERED IN FOUR DAYS!!!! THis is a great company and I will use them again!!
The truck drivers truck was new!!
Days earlier I had seen ANOTHER car being picked up in my neighborhood and the truck looked like something out of the 70's !!!!-I had hoped that they weren't the ones who were going to pick up MY car... THANK YOU EXPRESS AUTO TRANS!!! JUlie
