Tommi was extremely helpful with accuracy of information and promptness. She did everything that was required. Very prompt on reply information. We looked at four other transporters and Tommi "swung the vote" with her professional attitude.
When transporting vehicles from any distance, communication is very important to make the recipiant comfortable. You never know what is happening with the procedure unless you are kept informed. Tommi did a great job of keeping us informed and relaxed about our vehicle arriving safely and on time. Everything she said to us, happened. Honesty and integraty.
We are impressed and would highly recommend and use Express Auto Transport again, without hessitation.
