Tommi from the Ohio office was so nice and professional, even if your rates were much higher I would have used your service after talking to her. She had it together and walk me right thru the process. She took the time needed to insure that everything was going to be alright. I wanted to go get this truck myself to be sure because this was a very rare deal it was a 2001 truck but brand new condition today in 2008 and a truck they do not make anymore. After this whole process I would have just wasted my time for I myself could not have done it any better or cheaper, and these days you cannot say that to often. I would like to take the time to thank Tommi, she was just wonderful and I would not hesitate to do it again, and plan on it. Your company should be happy to have her working for you. Thanks to your company everything went off without any problems, it was the cheapest and the best. Even the tow truck driver was very kind and helpful and Mike the guy Tommi got to represent me set my mind at ease. If anyone has a doubt about not using your company because your the cheapest is just throwing their money away. Thank you Express Auto Transport
