These people are a joke!!!

This company is a SCAM!!! I needed a car transport to bring my car from Reno, NV, to Albuquerque, NM, I was contacted by these people, and wanted to get the process in motion, so I hired tehm to bring my car. They said they needed the money upfront, which should have been a red flag, but I made a mistake, and went ahead with it. That took place on the 6th of October, according to what they told me one of the many times I contacted them. I do not remember the date specifically myself, so I am going by what they told me. They promised to have my car delivered by the next week at the latest, of course they cannot guarantee anything, however, they said they would try their best. After 2 weeks and no notices of any kind, I contacteed tehm to see what the status of the vehicle was, and they had no idea what was happening either. For a company to have no idea of what kind of business they are running is absolutely appaling to me. About a week later, I decided to cancel the deal, and I called the first people I found on the internet. The car is safely in my possesion after 6 days. however, this company, if they can even be called that, has still my refund in their possesion, and will not refund my money, even after 10 days of canceling the contract. If the refund process takes anywhere as long as their incompetent service, I will never get my money back. I have never received worst service in any of my dealings with any other company providing me of service. If there are any question, please reach me at 505-948-8574.

We are not sure where to begin. We are clearly not a scam and refuse to be held responsible for Mr. Sanz choosing not to read the terms and conditions prior to placing his order. We do require all of our clients to give a deposit. The reason for this is to ensure that a transport is not booked with multiple companies. We find it strange that Mr. Sanz claims he was promised delivery within a week and then goes on to say that no guarantee was made. We had Mr. Sanz dispatched on two seperate occasions. The origin was unable to be reached, due to a bad phone provided to us by Mr. Sanz. This number was verified by Mr Sanz twice. Mr. Sanz has been issued his refund.
