The only thing that could have been improved a little was once the driver had the car, if he would have been a little more prompt on letting us know his schedule it would have made coordinating the drop off easier. The driver was a little hard to get a hold of, and other than that he did not speek English very will and was a little hard to understand, but other than these minor inconveniences the shipment went flawlessly. I would recomend this service and would do it again.

Also the customer sevice lady (Cathryn) that sold the program to me on the phone was very good to work with and she did a very good job of letting me know how the program works and helped me to choose a nearby city to where I live that she thought would have a better chance of getting here sooner than going into my home city. It must have worked because we got the car in a hurry. She was very upfront and informative to work with. She did not hide any drawback just to make a sale.
