initially I had spoken to another individual during the evening shift. That person informed me that there would be no problem with the pickup date or delivery date. As it turned though, it can sometimes be difficult to get a carrier on short notice. My situation was one of those types, and this made me edgy.
After not hearing from the original person again, I was contacted by Michael the next afternoon.
Michael was professional and helpful, and informed me properly, that the vehicle may not be able to get picked up when I wanted, and that troubled me some, as the original person had informed me different.
This prompted me to send an email to your customer service, which stated that I may need to find another broker that could get the car picked up when I needed to.
All this having been said, my issues became a non-issue, as Michael took charge and found a carrier very quickly. I was very surprised and pleased when the car was picked up on time in North Carolina, and was in my Driveway in Florida 22 hours later! I appreciated the effort and the good communication from Michael, who kept letting me know what was going on the entire time. Michael was always patient and helpful, whenever he had to take my anxious phone calls.
I know very well how difficult, dealing with customers can be at times and I appreciated Michaels easy going manner and professionalism. Michael seems like a good guy to have working in your office. Make sure you treat him right. Good and conscientious employees are hard to find. Thank you all for your service.
