Great customer service. No hidden fees like some carriers. BBB highly rated - I checked before using.
Driver was top notch. Was 4 days early on delivery for a transport of 2200 miles.
They did door to door pick up and delivery, plus put my car on the top rack as I requested to avoid drips from other cars on the carrier and/or road debris that might kick up. All at no extra cost as some of the other carriers did that I checked on.
All and all very good experience.
