Poor Service

My motorcycle was picked up late, dropped off late and very bad customer service. I would never use or recommend this company again. I paid $695 for delivery but could've paid less for the same type of service and length else where. Besides not getting my delivery as promised I placed various calls to management and never heard a response back.

Express Auto Transport regrets that Carlos feels unsatisfied with the service he received from Express Auto Transport. Carlos claims he was guaranteed a specific pick up and delivery dates. Express Auto Transport does not guarantee dates with our standard service. The reason for this, is that there are several varibles that are beyond anyone's control. This is what happened in this particular case. The truck had mechanical problems which caused dely in the delivery. In fact, the normal time to assign a motorcycle to the truck is ten days. Carlos' motorcycle was assigned to the truck in only six days.
