my dealings with express auto transport were excellent, our deal was a little unusual in that two cars were involved, one from kentucky to texas and one from texas to kentucky. As it turned out both were picked up within a day of each other and delivered within two days of each other, almost perfect timing. the personnel at express were exceptionally helpful at all times, in particular when i called and talked with rob checking to see if the kentucky car was going to be picked up, it wasn't scheduled yet, he called truckers in the Ohio area while I waited on the phone, and found a carrier within a few minutes that was coming to Texas and had the pickup scheduled for me. Also, a few days later while i was waiting for the Kentucky car to be delivered, not knowing what the delay was, I called express and while i was on the line, customer service contacted the driver and found out that he was stuck in traffic and gave me an accurate delivery time of 30 minutes. Of course Maria and Rob weren't the only representatives that helped, unfortunately I don't remember the other customer representative personnel that helped but they were all equally willing to do whatever they could to assist.
