The customer service agent that booked my shipping was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions. I chose to use this company because there was not a long wait time before pick up and delivery to me. Other companies could only offer pick up within 3 weeks and then delivery within 10 days after. And I really didn't want someone driving around with my motorcycle in their truck for up to 10 days.

As soon as the motorcycle was picked up from the seller, the driver contacted me to let me know they were on their way. They also let me know about other stops they had to make along the way and gave me a good estimate of when they would arrive based on those stops. They also gave me the option of choosing an evening delivery or waiting until the following morning which was nice to have the choice.

When they arrived, they pulled up right in front of my driveway and unloaded the motorcycle for me. All I had to do was sign for it. And it was in perfect condition. The truck and trailer were very clean and in good condition. The two drivers were friendly and I felt that they really took care of the motorcycle while they were transporting it for me.

I would definately use this company again for vehicle shipping and I would refer them to my friends.
