I filled out a form on the Internet to get quotes for transporting a vehicle from Mooresville NC to Gillette WY. I work for a GM dealership and was getting the vehicle transported for a customer. I received my quote on July 28th and booked with them on July 30th. Was semt am email from Tonia A stating that she was my customer service rep. For approximately 3 weeks the only contact I had with them was me calling to check to see if there had been any arrangements made. I left many voicemails for my "customer service rep" which were unreturned until I started checking on cancelling, which was August 21st. On August 22nd, I received a call asking if the car was ready for pick-up. They had a driver that was picking it up before we closed that day. We got the car ready to go and no one came to get it. I made numerous calls back to them only to be told that they could not get hold of the driver. On September 3rd, I made arrangements to have someone drive the car out for me which cost me another $400 plus a $465 airline ticket to fly them back. I was told it would take about 10 days to get my refund of $195 back when it took them less than 3 hours to take it out. Yesterday and today I have made numerous calls to them, asking to speak to a manager. They are always willing to transfer me to someones voicemail. Part of the time, their voicemail is full and I get cut off. It has now been 24 hours and I have not received a call from anyone that I left a voicemail for. Would not recommend using this company unless you are very patient and do not need your vehicle for several months.80
