It took a long time to get this truck to us.I was becoming very frustrated. Several customer service persons were not very helpfull and when I complained to management I never recieved a personal reply. However Maria was reasuring and showed genuine interest in solving my problem, please give her the recognition she deserves as a great customer service asset. I think my son sent a review in as well, however he never talked to Maria to my knowlage..he probably expressed his frustration with the company not realizing how much help I had recieved from Maria. I have come to appreciate hat people do business with people, not companys. So again I might use your service again thanks to the efforts of Maria.
