At first I was apprehensive about contracting a company that I new nothing about to pick up a piece of equipment that I had never seen from a person I never met. My concerns were further elevated when the original estimates from other shipping companies were off by as much as 40%. This was the only company that honered their quote. I recieved information when the item had been picked up via E-Mail. I also recieved a phone call when the item was in transit and when I could expect it to be delieverd. The day of the scheduled delievery I recieved another phone call to verify my location. The item arrived on schedule. I was extremely pleased with this transaction and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
