Wonderful Experience!!!!

We bought a car out of state, sight unseen, and were apprehensive about transporting it. Express Auto Transport went above and beyond their call of duty, as they had a driver who was willing to go to the dealership and see the car before we actually wired the money to the dealership. The driver ended up waiting around for the transfer to go through, and even volunteered to come back the next morning to pick up our car, as it was late in the afternoon when we did the payment. . . Not only did the driver come back the next morning, out of his way, but he also delivered the car a day earlier than expected. We were transporting the car from Michigan to Illinois. The car was picked up on a Tuesday morning, and it arrived at our doorstep at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, in great condition. The driver, John, was so pleasant and even posed for pictures with the new car!!!!

Cathryn and Lynette at Express Auto Transport were extremely helpful, and made the process so easy for us. Their professionalism and general kindness made this transport a wonderful experience!!!! I am a business owner, and it is such a pleasure to deal with people who take such pride in their work. We were on a tight delivery schedule, and they searched to find a driver to meet our time frame. We were very pleased with their dedication to finding a reliable, trustworthy driver and our overall experience with Express Auto Transport.
