They made it sound as though my truck would be picked up within a few days. It is now almost 19 days later and nothing. They keep saying "they are working on it", "we are giving drivers more money to pick it up","Sir, it is very difficult to get someone to pick it up from Alabama". This would have been helpful information before I place my order!! After a week with no contact I called & spoke with Rob my CS Rep, he said he would call me back in a half hour...3 hours later I had to call them back myself. Makes you feel as though you are unimportant. The only thing they have done efficiently is bill my Visa the $1375 for the transport. It seems as though I'm the only one who cares about getting my truck shipped.


Bottom line is use someone else. Once they have your money you have to wait 15 days in order to cancel or you are charged a fee. These guys are great at giving excuses and truly do not care enough to get the job done. If you enjoy frustration and a feeling of helplessness go with Express Auto Transport or use someone else as I will be.
