Always able to contact an agent and/or have one get back to me promptly. Very knowledgable and honest with all fees included. Pick up was one day late but worked to my advantage in arranging a drop off time. Total cost was $1170.00 with no hidden fees. Other companies were a bit cheeper but could not give a clear answer to final dollar amount and used terms like 'fuel surcharge' and 'taxes' that put me off. The driver was polite and offered to help. He stayed in contact with me and was very thurough. All around good service.
