Customer Service was very friendly an followed up every step of the way with phone calls and emails. The price of shipping I thought was fair and in line with other shipping companies perhaps cheaper than most. The pickup was fast from the time I called to when the bike was picked up. My bike was on its way in three days. The driver was a day later than what I was told but there was good communication explaining the delay due to bad weather and traffic. He even called a fewtimes to make sure the timming was going to work out with the pickup.Things happen sometimes but the driver was in contact with us letting me know where he was. The bike was delivered 2 days after the estimated delivery date but since the pick up was delayed I totally understood. The driver contacted me the day of the delivery early in the day and showed up when he said. Driver was polite and profesional and took real good care to get my bike out of the truck. My bike arrived in the same condition as picked up so I am very happy. All in all a great transaction and I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
