Car was due to be picked up within one week. Picked up on 7th day, but not notified as promised.
I was told it would be delivered in 2 days and it was.
Enclosed truck took really good care of the car.
Driver was very professional and put the truck very close to my driveway in a neighborhood full of low trees where most drivers would have wimped out and parked at the gate of the development.
My only complaint was Tiffany telling me that my car was not on any schedule after one weeks' time. She did not know that the car had already been picked-up as I found out a day later from the car dealer.
It is best to speak with Lana because she knows what's going on.
Overall, I had a good experience and I would use them again.
