I have moved cars in the past and have never encounter such horrendous, inept, horrible, rude, dishonest, incompetent service as was subjected to with this operation. It is a scam operation to take deposit money and never actual complete the auto transport. They tried to jack up price three times from the signed contract, left me on hold for 30 minuted then disconnected. I was told they would call me right back multiple times per day for two weeks and never did. I was wasn't told about any issue when I signed the contract 2 weeks before pickup. The day of pickup, there were no drivers scheduled and haven't been for the past two week. This business is an unethical operation and should be shut down. I will seek a refund of deposit and bill them for the many hours of my work time lost as well as pain and suffering in trying to get my car transported.
