After less than positive experiences with two previous brokers my expectations and confidence in using brokerages were pretty low. Fortunately I was contacted by Exceptional Auto Transport and I spoke with Jerri, whom was very knowlegable, personable. Although I was fully prepared to drop another broker and take action on my own, Jerri provided enough information and answers to my questions that I felt comfortable that I was working with someone with integrity and the ambition to make it happen. Everything that I was told by Jerri was exactly on the mark. No excuses, no delays, no double talk, no bait and switch, no bull. Again, everything was as promised or better. My vehicle was picked-up quickly and delivered on time without any problems. It was an excellent experience working with Jerri and Exceptional Auto Transport. I would gladly work with them again and I would highly recommend them!
