Jerri Marrinni was my sales representative and was very proactive in working to accommodate my transport needs. She was honest and transparent throughout the process. I would recommend Jerri specifically, if you are planning to work with Exceptional Auto Transport. She worked diligently to try and find a carrier that would accept a credit card as a form of payment, but my time constraints required me to go with an alternative. This decision was not a result of any issues with Exceptional Auto. In fact, I ended up paying more due to my specific requirements. I would trust Jerri and Exceptional Auto with my future transport needs.
