Let me first say that I choose another company in which I will not name because I don't want to seriously ruin their business (They can thank Evan of Exceptional for this because he calmed me down and came to the rescue). I needed my car sent from California to New York and I choose said company because it was one of the first that came up. I did my usual research and I didn't see anything that would raise any flags. The "owner" got back to me and sent me an invoice and said it would be picked up on Friday or Saturday. It wasn't picked up on either day and I got really upset. What I didn't know is that he was a broker and he couldn't promise me any time or day that it would be picked up which would have been fine with me but he PROMISED Friday or Saturday. When Monday came I was just finished with his b.s. and I called around to see who could get it immediately. No one could promise that so I went with the company who could get it asap. Evan said he could but I was understandably skeptical because most of these guys are brokers and cant really promise you anything and I didn't want hear the b.s. anymore. Evan worked the phones and stayed in touch with me with updates and got my car picked up the next day! He and Exceptional updated me throughout the week on the location of my car and the price was comparable to others. He was caring, courteous and just an all around great guy. I probably wont be shipping a car for a very long time because this was a brand new car but if I know any who is I would highly recommend Exceptional! Thank you again Evan and trust me, you guys will be well taken care of if you go with this company!
