This company is anything but exceptional. I was lied to over and over again. I would never, ever use or recommend this company. From the unprofessional ladies that answer the phones to the "supervisors" I spoke with, this entire company need to learn what customer service really is. They tell you they will call you back in 10 minutes and NEVER return your call. They were rude and not trustworthy. The final blow was when speaking to the owner.He informed me they were not going to make any money on this deal because the "other transport company that finally brought my cars to Ohio" were charging $1800. This was a bold face lie!!!!!!!!!! The company charged me $1650.00 so the $250.00 deposit was not paid to the other company as I was lead to believe. Shame on you!!!! You are cheaters, liars and should not be allowed to treat customers this way.
