I was moving from NJ to Texas and decided that I didn't want to drive my car all the way here and so I decided to ship it. After receiving an (annoyingly) large amount of calls from transport companies all across the country and speaking to numerous reps, I decided to go with Exceptional Auto Transport for many reasons. Rob, my point of contact with Exceptional Auto Transport, was wonderful to work with. From the beginning he was very honest and helpful, making me feel at ease with the entire process, since I had never before shipped my car and was unfamiliar with how it worked. Nonetheless, the process was quick and painless, and he found a driver to transport my car the same day. My car was picked up and delivered sooner than expected, and both the company, and the driver Levan were flexible with my schedule. (I needed the car to be picked up and delivered in a specific time frame since I was flying to Texas and needed to hand off the car and receive the car personally). Overall, it was a great experience, and if I need to ship my car again, I will definitely use Exceptional Auto Transport. Rob is a great asset to the company, as he takes it upon himself to make sure you are satisfied with his service. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and so if you need to ship your car make sure you ask for him!!
