Company worked through some communication issues regarding a request for early pickup on my part as well as a transportation company that was unable to perform the scheduled pickup, AND is in the process of refunding the overcharge of the contract price in EXCESS of the actual amount. Exceptional Auto Transport appears to be going out of it's way to satisfy the customer. The lower than excellent scores are very probably a result of a misunderstanding at the outset.
