I am a young student and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger. Of course, I love my new car and I was very concerned with the possibility of it being damaged but also, I was looking for a reasonable price with a guaranteed pick up and delivery date. I spent a lot of time looking for the right company and was relieved when I spoke with Robert Killing (an employee of the company). Unlike the other companies' representatives, Robert was able to provide me with accurate pricing quotes, pick-up and delivery times and great customer service. Not only that, he was very knowledgeable about the car shipping business and answered all my questions thoroughly and assured me that my car would be well taken care of. I was very pleased with my initial consultation with Robert, My interaction with another employee (Teddy) and the driver (Limor). The driver called me every so often to update me on his location and reassure me that everything was on schedule! It was GREAT! I was never worried about my car, and it was delivered in mint condition, and right on time. Overall, I'd give the company 5 stars and I'd recommend using this company for great customer service, and great service over all.
