The representative I interfaced with was Stacy, my initial impression was she's upfront, professional, and knowledgeable with no hidden agenda. She is certainly a woman of her word. My entire experience with the shipping process through Evergreen Auto Transport including the actual carrier/driver used was very pleasant and I consider them a "class act" company. I was informed in a timely manner when my vehicle would be picked up and it was picked up as planned and when it would delivered which was also done as planned. I was quoted $740 to transport my mini-van from Torrance, Ca. to Arlington, Tn. I researched other companies and their rate was the best. The first pick up opportunity by one of their carriers proposed a $200 increase to ship right away. Since we were not in a hurry to transport the opportunity we passed on the offer and hold out for a carrier that would work within our budget. About 3 or 4 days later, we received a call informing us of a carrier interested in our offer. Naturally, we were excited and proceeded with arrangements with the Carrier for vehicle pickup. The Carrier arrived at my door step with a huge truck carrying several other vehicles. I watched them carefully load my mini-van onto a 2 level flatbed. I felt they'd use the same care in removing it once the destination was reached. Although, I was not available during delivery, I'm told everything went well. Evergreen Auto Transport will certainly be my first call on the next service delivery (and I have 2 more to make).
