I had never heard of this company,I did not know any one in the company nor did I know of anyone who had used them before. I found them online, read some blogs and called them up.Starting with that first call I felt comfortable wiith the choices, knowledge and confidence of the agent.The customer was first class and just ngot better. Three hours after my first call the carrier called to tell me when they would pick up my car.It was eighteen hours later. Evergreen called me then and throughout the entire trip, even during the trip to the west coast. I have not seen customer service like this in many years.The whole experience was truly first class and I suggest that everyone give them a call and experience this kind of service and integrity.
