From the outset Katie was professional and courteous. She explained how the system worked an what to expect. We paid for the expedited service and paid the up front deposit. Due to Winter storms in the Northeast, the pick-up was delayed a few days but soon after it passed the car was picked up and on it's way to California. It was delivered on time and in good condition. Calls to Katie before and during the transport to check on the status were handled quickly and with the information we were seeking.
