So frustrating! Have never had a problem like this with a company. I paid for their service, and they were unable to find someone to pick up my car to deliver to CA. They were great with communication all along. I contacted them to let them know that I would like to cancel my order (which is allowable per the contract) and receive a refund and was told no problem. After 2 months, I have still not received my refund, and have not had any of my calls to them returned. Now, the number I called to book my transport has been 'temporarily disconnected'. I am pursuing my options legally to recover my payment, but would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY. Hoping that I can find a way to reach them and get my payment refunded, but until then, I am extremely dissatisfied and recommend using another transport company! Am hoping they will read my review and contact me as I will happily retract it upon receiving my payment back.
