The driver was courteous and communicated with us. Excellent customer service. They picked up the car on time and communicated with us has they moved across the country.
As they got closer to the destination point. The driver communicated with us that they were stuck in traffic and that they were going to be late.
The driver unloaded the care in very cold weather. We inspected the car and there were no major scratches or dents.
