The only problem I had with Evergreen was the pick up date occured 9 days after the first available pick up day. I know and understand exactly why that is. The actuall Carrier we had that Evergreen contracted through was excellent, on time and great to work with. We had a minor mixup where he though the deal was COD when I had actually paid Evergreen in full prior to my vehicle even getting picked up. I did get my car delivered to me a day earliuer which was great. Overall I WOULD use Evergreen again, they may need some new customer service people as most of the time I dealt with unfriendly people.
