In May 2009 I was looking for a shipping company to ship my vehicle to Hawaii. I found evergreen auto shipping company on line and decided to give them a call,Stacy answered the phone I explained my need to her, she asked, what type of vehicle I wanted to ship, I told her and she gave me a quote of the price and the procedure. She told me the form of payment I needed to complete the transaction, I was given a order number and told that shortly I would be receiving a booking number. Whenever I would call to check on the status of my order I could talk to Stacy or if she was on another line she would return my call shortly. Since I had never shipped a vehicle they made the process very easy. Evergreen made me feel safe in shipping with them. I was called and informed of the carrier that would be picking up my vehicle and the driver name and phone number. I was also imformed that if my vehicle was damged durning the transport evergreen woul help in resolving the problem. There was no problem when my vehicle arrived in Hawaii and the pickup was easy. I will be shipping my vehicle back in about two years and I plan on using Evergreen in the process.
