I work for a company that has quite a bit of ltl shipments and Estes can not be trusted for pick ups. They make up lies saying that I cancelled the pick up or that the load couldn't be released with out a shipping number. They also have called one of my vendors and told him that they can't pick up 16 pallets because its too far for them to drive. Steer clear from Estes unless you want problem after problem and lie after lie.
