Never delivered after waiting almost a month

Estes had my playset from the 13th of June. I had to make multiple phone calls and spend multiple hours on the phone to finally get a delivery scheduled for 6/23/22 "between 9am to 5pm' ". It never came. So today I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with Estes who then said Lowes canceled it, then called Lowes who said they did not cancel but finally found where Estees said I canceled it. Lowes actually had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reorder!!! Now I have to wait up to 10 business days for return of my $1000 for the playset. The worst customer service I have ever had from both Lowes and Estes
