Estes dropped off a huge pallet on my driveway when I was not available. I called the dispatcher only the learn they had their procedures. I was asking them for help in moving (since I do not have a fork lift in my home) and to remove excess waste including a heavy wooden pallet. He said they had their policies so essentially tough luck. Would NEVER consider using them EVER again.
