My package has been at the local terminal now for over a week. I received one email saying the package would be delivered March 12 2021 between 10am and 3pm. I took off work all day. Never came, no call, no email. I've emailed corporate 3 times over the last 2 weeks and keep getting the "we will have someone from the terminal contact you." They never have. I tried calling the terminal only to be redirected 3 times and left a voicemail which was never returned.
The company I purchased the item from said they tried to call the local terminal and were on hold for over 2 hours. No one ever answered the call.
This is a part for a work trailer that I need to get in order to fix it. Horrible non-existent customer service.
