Unprofessional and inept

The shipping was included in the purchase price. I was told that delivery would take place on 7-8-13. According to the bill of lading Estes Houston received on 7-1-13. I received a call on 7-8 that it would be delivered on 7-9 between 11 am and 5 pm. When it had not arrived by 6 pm, I called Estes and was told that it did not get delivered. I was then promised a delivery between 8 am and noon on the 10th. When it had not arrived by 1 pm, I called them back and was told that it was not loaded that day. I was told that it maybe delivered on the 11th between 11 am and 5 pm but the driver would call 30 minutes prior to advise that it would be delivered. It arrived, without a call and with minor damage and the box was ripped in several places.
I found them to be unprofessional and inept at there work. It appears, confirmed by the driver, the right hand has no clue as to what the left is doing and the customer is to be happy they get their merchandise whenever they get around to it.
