My father was interested in having one of us fly all the way to Amarillo to assist him in driving a car back 10 hours to Houston. No one was willing to do it so we decided to look into shipping the car instead. As soon as we put out a request, I started to get a gazillion emails and throughout the week phone calls to discuss quotes. Many of the quotes were "misleading" because they gave a range and not an exact amount. They wanted a lot of information prior to quoting. This wasn't the case with Mike at Envision Auto Relocation. He gave us a straightforward email that included a price quote, bid number and contact information. It was straight to the point, concise, yet completely informative. I only had to call Mike once until he promptly returned my call. He asked me a few questions and we were on our way to setting up the shipping. I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THIS ALL STARTED ON A SUNDAY! So when he should have not been bothered by me (because I fully didn't expect a call back until Monday, the next business day), he didn't seem to mind and made everything seamless. He was quick, efficient, and very friendly making sure that I didn't have any questions and felt completely secure. He even assisted in getting a driver as early as possible with less then 24 hours notice. Another extra mile he went was to assist me in communicating with my father so he could ensure a safe trip home after the car was picked up. Mike even called to follow-up to make sure that everything went as promised and there were no issues or problems.
