Mike Dibenedetto was extremely professional, explaining the entire process very clearly and promptly. While Envision wasn't the least expensive shipping quote that I had received, it was close to the lowest (within $100) but Envision came recommended by the Porsche Dealership where I had purchased my car. Within four hours of notice that the vehicle was ready for pickup the transporter had picked up the vehicle. I was provided with the transporter's contact information, both driver and dispatcher, along with an estimated delivery date. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the car would be transported during the thanksgiving holiday weekend (picked up on the day after thanksgiving and delivered the following Sunday. The truck driver contacted me within 5 hours of delivery, then again within one hour of arrival and finally upon arrival. He was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. The car was in perfect condition, the acceptance process took no more than a half an hour. I would strongly recommend Envision from this experience.
