Overall my rating would be a 4 out of 10, the process of getting a vehicle on the books and in line for pickup is good however the actual Driver of transport is by far a let down,

Ever here the saying "it only take one bad apple to ruin the rest?"
This is true true
Ive used this company twice and there will be no third

The first shipment of two crown vics from ny to ga order number 17884-Gk a total cost of 1198.00,

The office was prompt and proffesional However the driver damaged both cars which i never recieved any compensation on,and wAs simply brushed under the rug as if it was no big deal that the catalytic convertors where crushed during the loading process.

Keep in mind new cats for these vics cost upwards of 800 for each car to replace, which I never saw any compensation on.

My second shipment with this company order 49484-qm cost of $650.00 1 taxi from ny to ga

I found that the order process was flawless and prompt once again and the sales person had changed from Steve to his brother John, however once again the driver really messed this delivery up for the company,Again

Driver was a day late on pickup, as well as never asnwered his phone, which by the way went straight to voicemail which was full so you couldnt leave any messages.

I was told the delivery would be on sunday by the company and driver said to the person in ny that it would be monday, then the driver called me and said it would be sunday,

Sunday no delivery of car.

Monday a day off from work, as i "Must be here to pay the driver" went by slow,

I made a Call at noon to see where the driver was, Which john said ill find out and call you right back,

1 hour later i called john back to see if he had heard from him but he had not.

A call back at three was met with hostility from the saleman john Who said that he was preparred to not do business with me ever again and that i was unaware of what a driver may encounter, keep in mind ive driven taxis for 6 years now, so i know what drivers encounter.

I just wanted to know where the driver was.

John stated, that i had no consideration for the millions of factors that may delay the driver,
And that the fact that the whole east coast was hit by a disaster i should have a little more consideration for possible delays,

Keep in mind that Sandy had ravaged many parts of the east coast I had kept that in my mind the whole time,

Once again,I simply Wanted to find out where the driver was Seeing as he did not make it by Sunday as he said before.

I would like to think that the fact the driver doesnt answer text as well would be a good thing, however even a text that said" this is the client that you are shipping the car too please call me at ***_***_**** 911." did not even get a return call,Makes me question the level of background checks this company does on hired drivers.

To recap the office personel and process was quick and affordable,
The saleman was rude, short and seemed a bit overworked.

I must say buyer beware and remember you DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
Vehicle tracking wasnt provided,
On call help wasnt offered

Overall I think this company would be good for the shipper who doesnt take time off from work to meet the driver, and has a very flexible shipping date and time,in other words you tell them where to get the car and they will pick it up and deliver it whenever they feel like it,And they won't let you know anything about the status of the haul.

But they will meet your questions and concern with Hostility and accusitory statements.
Which was responded to by an apology email.

I later learned that this was a team of two drivers in one truck.
I recieved a call from the driver on the 5th

Apparently the driver had a breakdown due to equiptment failure, which delayed the delivery until
the 6th but still no time estimate

John sent an apology email during the day,Poor guy was overworked!

The day of the 6th,I sent john a email asking for a eta as the driver once agian did not return my text.
John was very helpful, and had the driver on the phone with us who then relayed to us that he was in atlanta but it would be nearly 3 hours before he delivered,I live 1 hour,10 minutes from downtown atlanta.

So i waited,,,,,,,,,
After 4 pm tuesday i got the car,
Interestingly damage to cats again...

4 days with a 2 driver team to deliver from nyc to ga.
