quick and prompt to respond to initial inquiry. subsequent phone calls were forwarded to individuals cell phone and were not always answered as promptly as first inquiry. After contract was signed we were contacted again telling us that the driver wanted additional funds to take the car south citing that "Snowbird season had started early" When asked if they would honor the initial price we were told they coiuld not. As a business owner, when I issue a quote to a customer I never go back and change it...
The rebate process is long and tedious.... If you don't fill out the questionaire, you don't get your rebate?????
