I kept our departure pickup date fluid . I got nervous as the time frame got closer, but John Anderson kept reassuring me there was no problem. The origination pickup went smoothly. As it was a weekend, we met the driver at the local food store parking lot . Our community does not allow trucks on weekends. I was impressed by the driver that dropped off my car. He called me from the road three times as he was approaching our house. An awfully nice man! The car was dirty - as was expected. However we saw no damage or missing items.
