I had never transported a car before so I was a little apprehensive about it. My first contact with Envision and Jennifer Maser was very professional and reassuring. Even though I had to cancel the original date we had set to transport my car. It was absolutely no problem to reschedule. A new date was selected and everything was handled very smoothly. The transport driver showed up at the stated time and my car was delivered to the appointed destination the same day. Communication with me throughout this event was excellent. I would highly recommend Envision and their representative Jennifer Maser.
