The process went almost exactly as Rena explained it would go when I first contacted her. I received 6-8 hours of notice on the pickup, and the delivery notice was night before for a first thing in the AM delivery. The truck was new and clean. The driver was professional. I was able to contact both the transporter (Rena) and the dispatcher as necessary and was kept reasonably well informed. I would definitely do this again.
